Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Next Day - Orders placed before 4pm excluding Fridays and Public Holidays
- Same Day - Orders placed before 2pm excluding Fridays and Public Holidays
Presently we ship only within the UAE. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
coethical is not liable for any products lost during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please drop us an email with the following details:
1.Your order number
2. The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item)
3. The serial number found on the product tag or product packaging
4. Pictures of the item
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
